Oladoyin Idowu is a mental health professional, founder and Director of One Word Africa Foundation.
A Dyslexia focused initiative. Inspired by her personal experience, she started her advocacy for Dyslexia in 2015.
Oladoyin has done extensive research works on Dyslexia and its management and modifying the strategies to fit the Nigerian child.
She boasts over seven years of experience in training parents and teachers on Dyslexia and its management as well as provides consultation on inclusion management and implementation.
She has a global reputation as a dyslexia advocate, Her expertise is further enhanced by extensive training in psychological first aid, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed approaches, business development, and leadership. She is passionate about expanding therapeutic interventions in Nigeria, she has made significant contributions to two best-selling books and received recognition from the United Nations Academic Impact.
